Utah Gov. Gary Herbert is declaring a new state of emergency
Gov. Gary Herbert announced plans to declare a new state of emergency in Utah to be able to quickly deal with issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.The current emergency declaration expires at midnight and Herbert said he will issue the new declaration before that happens.Details were scare but he indicated not all of the executive orders he previously issued under the emergency declaration will be extended. He said specifics will be forthcoming.The Tribune will update this story.
