Tooele High, Wasatch High going online for two weeks because of coronavirus cases

Two more Utah high schools are suspending in-person classes because of COVID-19 outbreaks. Both Tooele High and Wasatch High hit the 15-case threshold set by the state for recommended closure. Tooele High School moved to online learning on Friday, according to a post on the school’s website — a decision made by the Tooele County School District board of education “in coordination with the Tooele County Health Department.” The school is scheduled to reopen on Monday, Oct.
