Mormon founder Joseph Smith was 14 years old when he said the God the Father and Jesus Christ appeared to him in response to a prayer 200 years ago. Ever since, teenagers have played key roles in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.At the faith’s Sunday meetings, teenage boys bless and pass the sacrament, or communion.
