Police identify Washington County man killed while working on a homemade explosive device

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man died Friday night in the town of New Harmony while making a homemade explosive device.Jordan Joseph Rinehart, 25, died in the explosion.According to police, a witness said he and Rinehart went to a farm property on the 400 North block of Harmony Drive to care for horses.
