Saltair, Utah • Authorities have identified a pedestrian who was fatally struck on a major interstate near Saltair.The Daily Herald of Provo reports that Utah Highway Patrol says Bo Shepherd, of Pleasant Grove, had been hit several times Sunday.The 28-year-old man's body was initially found around 3:30 a.m. with no identification.
