A 28-year-old man was killed and a 22-year-old woman was seriously injured when a car driving the wrong way on I-15 in Utah County collided with a second vehicle on Tuesday night.At 11:35 p.m., the Utah Highway Patrol received reports of a vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-15 at mile marker 273 in Lindon.
