A Salt Lake City man has been charged with six felonies including manslaughter and leaving the scene of a deadly crash for a June hit-and-run that killed a teenager.Police say Llobani Federico Figuero ran a red light while going 90 miles an hour, 60 miles an hour over the speed limit, when he crashed into a car at the intersection of Redwood Road and North Temple on June 21.
