Live: Law enforcement far outnumbers armed protesters at Utah Capitol

1 p.m. • Approximately 15 anti-government protesters have arrived on the grounds of the Utah Capitol.Meanwhile, National Guard forces, as well as scores of other law enforcement, are on standby in case the rally turns violent. State troopers are lining the steps of the Statehouse.The south side of the Capitol is open all the way up the steps leading to the south entrance. The rest of the grounds are cut off.
