Letter: Where is Spencer Cox?

Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox is supposedly in charge of this fall’s election in Utah. Given that the Trump regime is attempting to destroy our ability to vote by mail, which is how we vote in Utah, it is incumbent on Spencer Cox to immediately address the situation to the voters of Utah.This raises the question: Where is he?
