Letter: What if politicians stayed within their spending limits?

My grandson is running for an office at his junior high school. The school put a $15 limit on whatever they wanted to do to promote themselves. My grandson was so proud of himself, as he had 16 cents left over from his campaign.Wouldn't it be something if our politicians had a limit and actually campaigned within that limit?
