Letter: We want the Second Amendment enforced, not ignored

In answer to the, “How ironic” opinion letter by D. A. Dungan (Salt Lake Tribune, April 3), yes we did notice those guarding us as we marched at the national protests. We noticed, appreciated and thanked the “well-regulated militia” guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. Why was that militia present?
