Letter: UTA’s big payday

On the cover of the Dec. 9 Tribune, there was an article that legislative leaders are contemplating the possible $450 million expansion of UTA Frontrunner. On page B6 of the same day, there was an article on a lost 41% of UTA ridership that probably will not return.$450 million to expand a service that is losing riders.
