Letter: Utah’s rest stops are a disgrace

This summer I took a 5,000-mile road trip vacation visiting four states I had never been in. After the road trip I wrote your Utah governor a letter. I have received no reply, not even an automated one. I told your governor that I'd be ashamed to welcome visitors to Utah with the rest areas on your interstates. They were in very poor shape.I told him if the rest stop was so remote that utilities were not available and an outdoor toilet was all that was available, at the least someone should visi
