Regarding the April 9 front page Tribune article, “Lawmakers may curb stay-home orders,” I am totally at a loss as to how legislative leaders can even consider limiting the power of local governments to issue stay-at-home orders.They cite the confusion of inconsistency between urban and rural counties of Utah, and express a need for clarification.
