Letter: Utah should clean up its highways

My husband and I travel quite a lot within the United States. We are sad to say that our freeways and highways are some of the weediest and trashiest we have seen.It is disappointing that our residents care so little as to toss their trash out the window or throw it in the back of their pickup so that it can blow out.
