Letter: Utah doesn’t take care of its own

Say goodbye to Utah’s oft-repeated boast that “we take care of our own.” As recently reported, our legislature has just eliminated a $2.5 million annual subsidy that allows public health clinics to operate in Salt Lake City, Ogden and Provo.
