In The Tribune’s reporting of Gov. Gary Herbert’s Energy Storage Project on May 31, Energy Secretary Rick Perry was quoted as saying “And, at the same time, we lead the world in reducing energy-related carbon emissions.”Perhaps he should acquaint himself with the data included in the 2019 Climate Change Performance Index.
