I’ll always remember Jan. 31, 2020, as the day democracy died. The day Utah Sen. Mike Lee and the rest of the Republicans made a mockery of our constitution by refusing to hear witnesses in Trump’s impeachment trial.While I commend Senator Mitt Romney and Senator Susan Collins for their courage to break from party ranks, all I can say to the other 51 senators is, Just you wait.
