Fortunately, not all Americans have forgotten democracy. Many of us still vote and speak up to their elected representatives.For example, supporting the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria has resulted in the U.S. House of Representatives voting to increase the pledge to this life-saving initiative.With more than 27 million lives saved, millions of infections averted and health care systems strengthened, it is no wonder there is bipartisan support.Can we do the same with a tax c
