Letter: ‘Safety’ doesn’t mean much in Utah
Has anyone else noticed the increase in smashed bumpers of newer cars since the repeal of Utah’s vehicle safety inspections? I can’t help but think they are caused by an increase of worn brakes or missing brake and taillights.But then again, safety hasn’t quite found its way into Utah’s lexicon.Masks, distancing, fireworks...Let's change the state motto from "Industry" to "Impervious."Scott Perry, Salt Lake CitySubmit a letter to the editor
