Letter: Romney denying Moore his day in court

Mitt Romney, the failed presidential candidate, said of Judge Roy Moore on CNN that the judge is guilty of sexual misconduct even if he is not actually guilty. Romney claims that Moore is considered guilty because there can be no defense and because one cannot disprove the allegations. As of this writing, Moore has denied the allegations of sexual misconduct.
