Letter: Personal freedom does not include hazardous driving
Rep. Carol Spackman-Moss: Thank you for your persistence in sponsoring a bill to ban cellphone use while driving. I can’t wrap my head around Utah’s Legislature not seeing the value of Spackman-Moss’ bill.
