Letter: On a clear day, will we still be able to see?

As we look out my front window at the city on a good day, we can still see the Great Salt Lake and Antelope Island, if we look between the increasing number of tall buildings. We can still see the valley pretty much as the first pioneers saw it. How wonderful is that?But, with the planned inland port, will that still-pristine view be replaced by trains and cranes and warehouses and pollutions of all kinds — including, of course, visual pollution?Ann Blackner, Salt Lake CitySubmit a letter
