Letter: Money talks in U.S. elections

The Center for Responsible Politics reported the cost of the midterm 2018 election surpassed $5 billion.With 18 months to go for the presidential election in 2020, what would one bet that the $5 billion amount of campaign money would exceed this amount?Money does speak to get our so-called “leaders” elected.
