Salt Lake City’s limited library access during the pandemic is not cutting it. Who can pick up books from noon to 6 p.m.? Certainly not working people.I appreciate the efforts to adapt and to reopen slowly, but months later, as we move into a “new normal,” I can’t see any reason why no evening hours are available.If it’s a staffing issue, I’ll volunteer.
