Letter: Lame duck Hatch should not vote on anything

As Orrin Hatch is a lame duck senator, I would assume he will recuse himself from voting on any legislation until his term ends. After all, that was his logic when President Obama nominated Judge Garland to the Supreme Court with a year left in Obama’s term.Ryan Hinkins, Salt Lake City
