On a recent visit to Parley’s Historic Nature Park with our dog, my husband and I felt spurred to bag up after at least a dozen other dogs.If you visit this spacious off-leash dog-walking area, I urge you to be mindful of the location and actions of your canines, and be a conscientious and watchful dog owner who assumes a responsible role.Forget your bags?
