Letter: Just build a wall to keep the wolves out

For the livestock farmers in the eastern counties bordering Colorado, there is a simple, Trumpian solution to the threat of their wolves to your flocks/herds — your county councils can build a wall along the border, and make Colorado pay for it.And if Colorado refuses to pay, impose a significant tariff on the marijuana being smuggled into or through Utah.
