Letter: Inland Port Authority needs to stop with the secrecy

The Inland Port Authority isn't the first government group to subvert Utah's transparency laws and probably won't be the last. If the authority isn't violating the letter of the law, it is certainly violating the spirit of the law. It now joins the open-meetings “black hole” notables including Utah Transit Authority, Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee and State Board of Regents (just to name a few).It’s interesting that there is a strong correlation between eventual claims
