Yay, Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Yes, we all rage against the Utah law making us buy wine and whisky only at state owned liquor stores.But damn, what good work they do.On Christmas Eve, I got in line outside at Cottonwood Heights, stood there maybe only 15 minutes.
