Letter: Get serious about banning cellphones while driving
I have been rear-ended three times by cellphone-wielding drivers while I was stopped at lights or in traffic. Two of these resulted in $10,000-plus each in damages. One was caused by a pickup traveling an estimated 35-40 mph at impact.
