Letter: Extra hybrid car fees discourage social responsibility

Recently we received a bill from UDOT to charge us a fee for owning a hybrid-electric vehicle (we don’t buy as much gas as we used to).I put it on the desk right next to the bill from Rocky Mountain Power charging a fee for using solar panels (we don’t use as much of their electricity as we used to).
