Letter: Everyone should be able to ride UTA for free

I was happy to read in The Salt Lake Tribune that the Board of Directors of the Utah Transit Authority is concerned about frequency of service instead of how to enhance their salaries and benefits.A huge percentage of the increase in ridership has to do with providing free rides for Brigham Young University and University of Utah students.
