I would like to take exception to Luana Chapman’s letter of April 11.Many of us have been advised to walk daily for our health and so continue to frequent various parks and walking trails. Although there may be several cars parked at these locations, we have only noticed individuals, maybe a couple, sometimes a family letting their children get some exercise.
