The future of health care incorporates a triad of care — the patient, the provider and the pharmacist. All too often, someone is left out of that triad.A frequent concern is when a pharmacist calls to question a provider regarding a prescription and receives no return communication. This causes a delay in patient care and a clear rift between providers and pharmacists.When choosing a provider, ask that provider how important a pharmacist is in their view. Ask your provider if the pharmacis
