Letter: Daylight saving is not a government plot

Usually at this time of year when people become frustrated at having to change their clocks to adjust to daylight saving time, there is a spate of letters to the editor bemoaning the practice and demanding that the Legislature follow the lead of Arizona and do away with DST. I for one do not want to see a change unless the entire country changes also.
