Letter: DABC takes another step backward

Well, the cat is finally out of the bag. Tucked away in a corner of a recent edition of The Salt Lake Tribune is the announcement that Department of Alcoholic Beverage control outlets will now begin checking ID on all patrons. This presumably is to curtail underage drinking. I respectfully disagree. One of the newest outlets, whose manager takes himself far too seriously, seems to have personally targeted me.
