I read the full-page Sutherland Institute ad in The Salt Lake Tribune. Interesting.As a retiree with no dependents, living on Social Security and a small annuity such that I have not paid federal or state income taxes on for the past 12 years, I find the promise of a rebate/tax credit disingenuous.
