At first I was in shock. UTA Board Chairman Carlton Christensen was living on only $129,000 per year after giving up a previous job paying more. He was having trouble making ends meet and it was tugging at my heartstrings.Then there was hope. After his whining and complaining of his struggles, they raised his pay to $140,000.
