Jazz get bargain in Rudy Gobert extension

$102 million sounds like a lot of money.
But believe it or not, the four-year, $102 million extension the Utah Jazz signed Gobert to is a bargain.
The contract, first reported by Yahoo Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski, is actually for $90 million, with the potential of another $12 million in performance bonuses. Even if we assume he gets the full $12 million in bonuses, Utah caught a break in this deal.
