I-15 to close overnight Friday in Layton

Interstate 15 is scheduled to close overnight Friday in Layton. Also, weekend travel will be complicated by I-15 lane restrictions in northern Utah County, plus a closure of 9000 South in Sandy.The Utah Department of Transportation says I-15 is scheduled to close in both directions in Layton beginning as early as 10 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Saturday.It will close between Antelope Drive and the Layton Parkway. All traffic will be detoured to Main Street and then back onto the freeway. The closure
