Herriman police shoot and kill man during confrontation

One man is dead after he “presented a threat” and was shot by Herriman police officers on Tuesday night.The dead man’s name has not yet been released.According to a statement from Herriman police, officers were called to a home near 5300 W. Solafax Lane (approximately 13300 South) at about 10 p.m., where a man was reportedly violating a protective order. When they arrived, officers heard “several” gunshots.The officers located the man and “challenged” hi
