Maybe we are going to have to start calling it something else.To some people, the very word “government” conjures up an image of jackboots and oppression.Listening to debates on such issues as taxation, homelessness, abortion and health care — not just in Utah — you get the impression that a great many people, some of them holding political power or social influence, believe that government is, by its very nature, evil.
