Commentary: Access to affordable health care is a human right

As Salt Lake City leaders focus on the health and well-being of residents, we believe access to quality, affordable health care is a human right. As such, we support Proposition 3, Utah Decides, which will implement the Medicaid expansion provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in Utah.
