Cha Cha the chihuahua was stolen from a Cafe Rio in West Valley City on Monday, and police are asking for the public’s help to get the dog back.The dog’s owner stopped at the restaurant at 3567 S. 2700 West and took Cha Cha — in an animal carrier — inside.
