Cavs interviewing JB Bickerstaff yoday

Joe Vardon: J.B. Bickerstaff is interviewing with the Cavs for their coaching vacancy today, sources tell me and @Shams Charania. Utah assistant Alex Jensen will interview with the Cavs this week.
