An 18-year-old woman was found dead in Cache County late Wednesday.A man noticed the underside of a vehicle protruding from a pond near 2600 West and 1800 South, in the College Ward/Young Ward area of the county, while checking on his livestock and, after getting some help, the man was able to use a backhoe to remove the vehicle from the pond.Single occupant Haley Bury, of Wellsville, was found deceased inside.Officials believe it may have been an accident, but an active investigation is still b
