Wildfire Ravaged Ski Area Debuts Stunning New Trail Map

In 2022, Sierra-at-Tahoe suffered what is now referred to as the "Caldor Fire." The West Bowl took the worst of the fire, compared to the upper east side. The fire also spread south across the lower east side affecting areas such as lower Jack’s Bowl and Preacher’s Passion. One run at Sierra-at-Tahoe, Sugar N Spice, became a haul route when dealing with the effects of the fire.
