Why High-Tech Airbags Are Now Mandated for Downhill Skiers

Late last week, the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) convened and confirmed that airbags will be compulsory for athletes competing in the World Cup speed disciplines: Downhill and Super-G.
