West Virginia's Largest Ski Resort Starts Week With Fresh Snow

Snowshoe Mountain, West Virginia's largest ski resort, is starting this week right with seven inches of fresh snowfall.The new snow was a welcome change after a period of wet and warm weather that forced Snowshoe to close its Silver Creek area a week earlier than planned."It is important that we now concentrate our operational resources on the Basin and Western Territory areas," Snowshoe wrote in an operations update shared yesterday, March 10th.Of course, the early closure was bookended by a si
